LANDesk® Handheld Manager is optimized for the
low-speed, intermittent connections typical of handheld
devices. Dynamic bandwidth throttling adjusts automatically
for slower wireless connections, so software distribution
tasks don’t monopolize bandwidth. And data compression
reduces total traffic sent over wireless links. While
checkpoint restart helps ensure that if a task is
